Seems like the few weeks of pre-training that Amy and I did paid off a little. I'm feeling pretty comfortable in the water now and I get through the workout without totally dying. Yes, I'm tired at the end and yes it's an insane amount of swimming (2350 yards = 1.33 miles last night) but I'm feeling good and getting it done.
Lasts nights schedule had us doing 2350 yards and we all did great. Only whining about last night was about the pools new summer schedule, the pool has changed it's hours and the lap swimming now doesn't open til 7pm which means we start half an hour later and I get home even later :o( Oh well, not much we can do, we have to get our workouts in.
