There is a dark cloud of sadness looming over the Oakland, over the 4 communities that these four men were from and over the entire Bay Area. It doesn't matter if you know these men or not I think everyone feels the same, sad. The events that occurred on Saturday are heart breaking. Tomorrow the 4 officers killed will be honored in a public Memorial Service at the Oakland Arena. We will be watching at home since it's going to be broadcast live on national tv. I really considered going but with 18,000+ people attending we thought it'd be best to stay home.
Think of them and say a little prayer for their families and friends who are left behind :o(
